Well, I didn’t do anything I thought I’d do this weekend.
But I did write a few paragraphs about the early web and my site smog.net.
smog.net was quite the place. The early web was quite the place. It was there for a brief, wonderful moment, then it was gone. I sometimes wonder if it really happened.
Someone should write a book about it.
